It isn’t a surprise that after the new licensing legislation implemented in the CA on 1 November, 2014, the wave of casinos closure will begin. The new victim that suffered from this is Casino Midas. More than two months have passed after the law had been announced, and Casino Midas declared its gamblers that they have no access to its site any more. It was done in the form of apology written in black on the white background, and anyone entering the site page can see it. The operator wants to say in this way that “online payment providers notified Midas in December 2014”.
The changes of the CA licensing policy made it impossible to fulfil any financial operations with the gambling operators based in Curacao.
As it has become clear, Casino Midas tried to proceed providing their services to the CA residents till the end of 2014. But the appeared intimation on the casino’s homepage informs everyone that in January “payments for CA players will no longer be processed.” Seven days were given to close all the affairs.
In case if Casino Midas does not discontinue providing services to the CA gamblers, it will be accepted as a deliberate violation of the imposed by the CA Gambling Commission licensing policy.
The CA players have the time until January, 12th to contact the support service of the casino by email support @casinomidas.com to withdraw their money.
All operators licensed in any part of the world had a chance to serve CA gamblers before November, 1st. But since the new legislation was imposed, various smaller operators were ejected. Now the CA gamblers have a smaller number of gambling sites in comparison with previous years.
